Within the Operations team our Enterprise Utility Services team provides a combination of commodity-like customized products and services including design, print, direct mail and transportation that benefit all lines of business in both cost and quality. We leverage our team members, nationwide facilities and technology to deliver innovative, quality products and solutions.

Document Storage and Retrieval (DSR) is looking for a dynamic, self- motivated team player to join our Shoreview team.

An Operations Clerk 2 position is the first step in a rewarding career in financial services. This is a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline driven production environment working behind the scenes with little, if any, customer contact. This individual performs a variety of operational tasks for a moderately complex process or function. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work/item to resolution and closure. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. May use multiple online systems and applications. Receives and reviews incoming volume, contacting appropriate resources as needed. Enters transactions into CRT/PC, verifies accuracy, prepares pre-board loan documents for scanning, scan loan documents into image capture applications to include EDM (Electronic Document Management System) and ultimately index the documents to the appropriate account numbers for pre-board review. Resolves customer issues using multiple resources and records. Other responsibilities may include preparing production metrics reporting and reconciliation of the daily processing volumes.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00pm. Based on business needs schedule may change and overtime may be required. There may also be some PTO restrictions during peak production periods.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in a production or general office environment

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Deliver quality customer service by processing Human Resources, Home Equity, Wealth, and Trust documents daily while meeting required quality review and productivity levels.
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
