As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.


YOUR ROLE: North America Internal Communications Associate Manager


This individual will be part of the North America Internal Communications Team, providing overall communications and operational support while leading our broadcast/webcast program plan and video production. In this role, the individual will be responsible for organizing, planning and creating materials for webcasts, broadcasts and video sessions in close coordination with the Accenture Broadcast team and the office of the North America CEO. In addition, the individual need to embrace our internal digital platform and social tools to share and engage our internal audience.


This position requires creativity, great organization, planning, and general writing and messaging skills as well as a passion for learning about and leveraging new digital technologies and trends.


While there will never be a typical day at Accenture, here’s a look at some of your responsibilities:

  • Manage master webcast/broadcast plan for Leadership and All People webcasts. Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Reserve broadcasts/webcasts with CIO team and NA CEO office
  • Work with NA Internal Comms Lead to manage development of speaker prep materials and co-create storyboards and slides; coordinate with CIO for loading day-of materials
  • Handle all webcast logistics and production – technical prep calls with the Broadcast team and speaker prep calls leading up to and day of; provide speaker tips for successful webcasts/broadcasts
  • Prepare and send invites and follow-up to our people for webcasts/broadcasts
  • Collaborate with CIO to help our team lead in the NEW; keep up-to-date with new technologies for NA to pilot
  • Package NA Internal Comms videos, taking them from pre-production through post-production and distribution to our people. Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Create storyboards and scripts for videos; work with assigned editor for finished NA CEO videos
  • Coordinate transcription and Closed-Captioning production
  • Manage our MX channel – load videos, track feedback
  • Draft Stream and promo blurbs
  • Attend crewless “pop-in” video sessions with Chicago Broadcast Team
  • Track metrics and create scorecard to show NA people engagement with webcasts/broadcasts and videos


The individual will report to our North America Internal Communications Manager.
