Formula for Success: You Will…

M&A specialists provide support to People Consultants for divestitures, site closures and M&A activities. The M&A specialists will be responsible for the execution of the procedures, communications and implementation of all relevant documentation including: transitional, retention and offer letters; establishment of transition teams and timelines. Also responsible for integrations of payroll, benefits, etc. and coordination with M+A CoE. Day 1/go live sequencing and communication.

  • BA in Human Resources or equivalent degree is required.
  • Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive professional experience in human resources is required.
  • Experience working in a global matrix environment
  • Willing to travel up to 30%
