Marketing Opertions

Department: Marketing  

Location: Greenwich, CT                                                           



Oversees marketing operations including content production, vendor management, billing, event planning and automation.  Ensures consistent management of marketing collateral for all distribution channels. Interfaces with all internal and external resources along the production pipeline.   Responsible for ensuring consistency of message and quality of execution while meeting production deadlines.


  • Overseas production management including quarterly materials production (traditional and web delivered), campaigns, product focuses and new product introductions. 
  • Oversees event planning activities including advertising/media.
  • Analyzes bids, structures service level agreements and negotiates contracts and audits, processes and approves billing/AP from various service providers.
  • Makes recommendations and implements best practices while managing quality control efforts related to all marketing materials.
  • Oversees and manages relationships with the firm’s outside marketing services providers including fulfillment, and automation vendors.
  • Creates project schedules, traffics projects, tracks and monitors progress.
  • Manages production team with responsibility for setting goals and conducting performance evaluations.


  • Print production, quarterly processing, and operations best practices.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management and organization skills.
  • Effective communication both verbal and written with colleagues and vendors.
  • Proofreading skills.
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and executing responsibilities with minimal errors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).


  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and project management software.
  • Financial services experience required.
  • 5-7 plus years of production and/or project management experience. 
  • FINRA licensees 7 and 24 preferred or willingness to obtain.


  • Extensive work with computers.
