Project Manager - Market Readiness Specialist

Dealertrack, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for a Market Readiness Specialist with 2-4 year’s experience to join our Business Operations team in Lake Success, NY

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for executing go-to-market deployment plans with various business teams on key project and BAU initiatives. This role supports Product and F&I Market Performance teams to ensure all deliverables for project launches are satisfied and executed. Ensures quality of key products and that BAU initiatives meet internal and external management and client satisfaction. You will ensure stakeholder adherence to market readiness processes and in consulting with Market Readiness peers to ensure continual alignment and sharing of best practices.

Your Role:
  • Schedule and conduct readiness meetings in order to keep all business teams (Customer Support, Data, Marketing, Implementation, Training, Product, Production, Sales, Legal etc.) informed of latest projects and to provide a cross-functional venue for input, sharing ideas and approval. Keep stakeholders on task for deliverables, with clearly defined due dates and expectations and dates.
  • Coordinate between product, service, implementation, development teams and other key stakeholders to ensure readiness projects stay in track. Interact directly with key team members, prepare reports on the current condition of logistics and drive commitment on the next course of action
  • Develop or maintain process and procedures for new product initiatives as required. Involving interviews with SME’s understanding workflow, ensuring compliance and creating detailed explanatory documentation. Establish/strengthen proper internal controls to ensure adherence to established procedures. Modify said procedures to ensure efficiency and optimization.
  • Diverse special projects to support the product operations and market readiness team


Qualifications

Required Experience (minimum):
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of related experience
  • Experience in project management, ability to communicate and organize effectively
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to interact effectively with Subject Matter Experts and key departmental representatives
  • Product knowledge and SDLC practices.
  • Expertise with MS Office Products: Word, Excel, PowePoint, Visio, Project
