Job Description
Administrative Services is led by the National Administrative Services Leader who oversees the extended leadership team for Executive Assistants/Team Assistants, Administrative Support Concierge (ASC), myAdminConcierge (mAC), Dual Support Specialists (DSS), Office Services, Document Production, Meeting and Events, and Project Management.In the U.S. Markets, the Market Administrative Leader oversees the Executive Assistants, Team Assistants, Office Services, and Meeting and Event teams.

The Market Events team is responsible for the effective delivery of Meeting and Event services to all staff in the market.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Certification(s) Preferred: CMP

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including comprehensive understanding of the total event planning process, event requirements, and contractual obligations to implementlarge scale market events

- Proven extensive ability to source, plan, execute, and maintain budgets for all client facing and internal market based meetings/events

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in leading and managing meetings/events including, but not limited to:Promotion Day, Holiday Party and LOS All Hands, town Hall meetings, Community Day activities, local orientation sessions, recruiting events, market area partner meetings, lunch 'n learns, team meetings, local client facing events, and National events or being consultive for the Meeting & Event Services team

- Proven extensive ability in leading all aspects of the meeting continuum which include venue research and site inspections, vendor negotiations, meetingbudget accountability, ground transportation, food and beverage, hotel room block management, décor,AV/technology support, security, on-siteexecution, and significant Cvent data management

- Proven extensive ability to seamlessly work with internal stakeholders in all market offices to understand their meeting/event requirements while still leveraging industry leading practices, utilizing the Firm's national hotel, ground transportation and other preferred suppliers in line with firm strategy and in accordance with Meeting & Event Services; and managing to customer defined meeting budgets and aligning with total firm cost management.

- Proven extensive ability in project managing the timely input of event information into Cvent (Strategic Meetings Management Technology) to track budgets, meeting data and payment for reportingto/for Meeting & Event Services, internal customers, and leadership

Role must be based in the Pittsburgh or Cincinnati offices and support the following Midwest market offices: Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Rochester, Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Louisville.
