Manager, Program Management – Digital Payments, Tokenization, and ACH

Overview
• MasterCard Worldwide is a global payments provider leading the industry in the advancement of contactless and remote payments by shifting the share of payments away from cash to credit, debit and prepaid card products. The Manager, Project Management, Digital Payments, Tokenization, and ACH is a significant contributor to MasterCard’s global strategic plan to enable acceptance and capture processing share with a focus on enabling Mastercard payments in the digital space.

Role: Manager, Program Management – Digital Payments, Tokenization, and ACH

• The candidate will be responsible for project management, product development, and go-to-market execution of digital payment products specifically related to Masterpass digital payments platform and Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES).
• Manage end-to-end PMO of digital payment product initiatives that span regional and global product, platforms, technology, and delivery teams. Ensure timely and efficient execution and market launch.
• Create comprehensive project plan for each initiative. Enlist relevant stakeholders in structured project meetings. Assign roles & responsibilities, delegate work, and ensure timely execution by stakeholders.
• Define and track progress against key milestones. Hold stakeholders accountable for contributions to achieving the project goals.
• Work closely with product managers, product owners, development teams, and regional stakeholders to bring project to completion.
• Interface with regional teams to identify usability issues and determine local requirements in order to provide product enhancements that solve for local needs.
• Develop and manage product release pilot programs in regional markets. Make recommendations on global rollout of new features.
• Regularly engage regional teams to gather product related information to be used to inform global product roadmap.

All About You
• The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience with project management (PMO) of software development initiatives, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Experience with a variety of digital payment types and solutions.
• General understanding of web services and backend technical processes.
• Ability to mix technical knowledge with practical real world experience to bridge between business and technology.
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, project management, and matrix-management skills are critical.
• Ability to influence internal and external business partners
• Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and Mastercard.
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment
