Competitive programs form the basis for how customers source Mobile Emissions Catalysts. These competitions need to be managed internally to ensure consistent implementation and global support. Manager, Competition and Management Program (1700472) You will manage a team of global program managers responsible for competition programs. You will ensure resources are managed globally to cover all assigned programs and prioritize programs based on resource availability.   • Lead the Program Management organization including management of direct reports
  • Flawless execute programs on global level (especially global programs involving more than one region)
  • Set up meaningful KPI reporting for Program Management
  • Report Program Management KPIs to Marketing VP and G-CCE Senior Management
  • Provide regular updates to Regional CCE Business SVP and VPs on Competition and Program Status globally
  • Provide overview of resource bottlenecks throughout the whole PLC and suggests mitigation solutions, e.g., Competition prioritization, Serial Introduction prioritization
  • Ensure accurate deployment of global PLC and related processes within Program Management Organization
  • Effectively communication and governance of changes to PLC and related processes within Program Management received by Global Quality Organization
  • Collect suggestions for process improvements (PLC) within Program Management and communicates them to Global Quality Management Organization
  • Leadership core responsibilities according to BASF guidelines to all Program Managers include Personal Development and Performance Assessments

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing or technical field
  • 3 years’ minimum supervisory experience in complex organization strongly preferred
  • Expertise in Project Management required
  • Masters degree preferred
  • Expertise in Risk Management preferred
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Prior experience working with Automotive competitions preferred
