Lead Manager, Social Media Marketing

The Entertainment Group’s Advertising Team is responsible for driving consumer awareness and understanding of this transformation, making AT&T distinctive from competitors, driving both short term sales and long term value.

As Lead Manager, Emerging Digital & Social Media on the Advertising Team you will be responsible for working with platform partners to keep AT&T at the forefront of what’s possible:

  • Reporting to the Director, Emerging Digital & Social Media, drive Digital & Social Media strategy, working with internal teams such as, PR, advertising, e-commerce
  • Innovate and create new digital and social media possibilities
  • Act as liaison to emerging and established platforms – developing ideas that leverage the platforms to further the Entertainment Group’s business objectives
  • Brief peers in the Advertising Team on new technologies and ad units, and the development of platform Alphas and Betas
  • Work with internal business units to craft social media strategies to help support various products, devices, partnerships
  • Provide analysis, recommendations and rationale for emerging digital and social marketing campaigns, while delivering revenue and profits consistent with fiscal year budget
  • Evolve and implement reporting methodologies and processes
  • Develop positive ROI programs and benchmark campaign results
  • Act as subject matter expert, communicating internally and externally on social media

Position Requirements:

  • Six or more years' digital marketing/social media experience
  • Managing paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat
  • Managing paid social media advertising campaigns for large national consumer brands
  • Partnering with creative agencies
  • Partnering with media agencies and media planning
  • Strong analytics and reporting background
  • Demonstrated ability to be a driver of change/ risk manager: experience in implementing next-generation marketing campaigns and supportive technology
  • Ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop and implement business plans
  • Ability to prioritize and complete numerous deliverables as requested
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications strongly preferred
