Lead Lab Platform Developer - Apps Systems Engineer 6

Job Description

This would be the Innovation Lab technical lead for Wells Fargo Innovation Labs portal development and design. The team member would be the point person for the development of the lab self-service portal and integration with automation systems; provide development guidance, gather requirements, execute development tasks, and provide technical support for the portal. This position will lead contractor/vendor resources. This position exists to insure that Innovations Labs Portal can successfully deliver a user friendly, automated, self-service capability for our lab projects following best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 5+ years of UI (User Interface) experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate or host complex design discussions and drive results
  • 5+ years of Agile experience
  • Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships
  • Ability to direct and oversee escalated technical troubleshooting and complex analysis efforts for prompt recovery of major issues
  • Knowledge and understanding of application development and implementation
  • Knowledge and understanding of application server architecture
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well defined plans, solutions, and test scripts

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Strong experience with AngularJS framework, C# or equivalent languages
  • Strong experience with GIT source code management
  • Exposure to Wells Fargo Wells Fargo SDLC/BAR tool-chain
