We have an opening for you to grow with us as a Lead IT Business Analyst – Integrated Planning Team in Battle Creek, MI or Oak Brook, IL. This role will be key to the success of several functions in Supply Chain Organization such as Customer Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Integrated Planning, Procurement and others to analyze, design & innovate the right technological solutions to improve such processes.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as a Lead IT Business Analyst – Integrated Planning you will help Kellogg grow our business and build on our success by:

  • Analyzing customer’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements.
  • Identify technology capability opportunities within Supply Chain processes.
  • Developing business case / justification for technology capabilities.
  • Interfacing with Product Managers, Enterprise and Solution Architects to evolve the application portfolio and reducing the total cost of ownership.
  • Providing subject matter expertise in the development of next generation Supply Chain systems and tools.
  • Providing ongoing knowledge transfer to team members on business analyst best practices and techniques.
  • Mentoring less-experienced team members.
  • Develop career by gaining exceptional exposure to multiple functions within Supply Chain and Information Technology.

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Related experience as a Business Analyst in a professional technology consulting, corporate MIS or software development environment
  • Experience in building business cases and selling projects
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communications skills with proven advanced experience communicating effectively to large groups and executive leadership
  • Experience aligning business strategy to functional and IT processes
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex and technical subject matter into business terms for individual end users
  • Ability to advance ideas through different levels in the organization
  • Intuitive and analytical skills
  • Organized to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Functional expertise within a major ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc)

Preferred:

  • CPG / Retail Experience
  • Experience in the following business areas within Supply Chain: Planning, Procurement, Materials Supply management and Order Management
  • Experience in SAP ECC
  • Experience in planning systems (APO, IBP or similar like E2Open)
  • Six Sigma / CSCP Certifications
