Overall Purpose:

The Lead Channel Manager - Digital role is responsible for designing and developing the go-to-market strategies for the digital sales channel for Small Business customers.This channel is expected to grow dramatically as we migrate to a single, integrated platform over the next 12 months.This individual will determine the right customer segments to serve, with the right propositions to best leverage this channel to achieve sales results.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Product/offer mix by platform, by customer segment
  • Digital customer acquisition, growth and retention strategies and executional plans
  • Channel dashboarding and analytics (cost per transaction, etc)

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience; digital experience preferred.  
  • Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) to address all levels. 
  • Analytical skills required to quantify and forecast trends (risks and opportunities) and drive requirements and alignment of targets and objectives.  
  • Strong Business Acumen. 
  • Process and operational skills to develop and deliver on targets.  Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Business or Marketing with 5+ years of relevant experience including management.
