The Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) IT organization is recruiting for IT Senior Manager – Product Owner, US Regional Order to Cash (USROTC) located in Piscataway, NJ.

The IT Senior Manager role will have responsibilities for the ownership of the US Regional Order To Cash and Satellite systems supporting the MD segment. This role will have responsibility for driving product vision and priorities while partnering with key CLS stakeholders on three main pillars of the CLS North America Strategic Goals (e.g. Fast Track Innovation, Agile Customer Solutions, and End-to-End Value).

Role Description:
  • A member of the CLS North America team
  • Product Owner (PO) for the US Regional Order To Cash platform (USROTC) and satellite systems supporting the Medical Devices Customer Service Organization.
  • Closely Partner with Business Process Owners to understand business needs and prioritize product line deliverables.
  • Manage business expectations and alignment with recommended programs and solutions.
  • Provide IT leadership for OTC project activities such as technology assessments, Phase 0 activities, CAR preparation, business process/analysis oversight, among others.
  • Closely partner with other POs for Distribution/Transportation, Quality and Compliance, Legacy Order to Cash and Contracting to deliver end-to-end Supply Chain deliverables.
  • Lead and deliver solutions for acquisitions and divestiture activities impacting CLS systems.
  • Provide overall OneMD OTC program oversight and program management.
  • Manage overall program, cross dependencies in projects/ programs and lead the successful delivery of projects to their final project/program objectives.
  • Resolve issues and change management within a standard governance structure; Call out risk management to handle issues and risks at program level.
  • Monitor the progress of program components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget, and benefits of the program are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance to all J&J processes and standards.
  • Partner with other IT service organizations (e.g. AS, GTS) to ensure application reliability and performance alignment with SLAs.
  • Manage OTC portfolio of investments and overall delivery of IT service. Understand cost and value of IT services; accountable for operational IT expense management.
  • Manage resource planning, prioritization, and allocation of demands within team.
  • Evaluate key technology trends (e.g. Internet of Things (IoT), EDG/EADS, Robotics, etc.) and its impact on various business processes.
  • Investigate, identify and propose prototyping of new technologies to further enhance system capabilities.
  • Strong leadership for talent management & development of a team of 5 associates; ensuring all members have a robust, challenging and growth oriented objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in the field of Computer Science or business-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of total business experience and/or IT industry is required.
  • 3 years of direct people management required.
  • 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and solution design preferred.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain processes and capabilities required.
  • Working knowledge of management of GxP systems required.
  • Experience collaborating with Applications Services, GTS, and Architecture teams is preferred.
  • Experience with leading supply chain projects with Agile methodology preferred.
  • Knowledge of AS services (e.g. CPI, SQA, ISRM, PMx) is preferred.
  • Strong organization and results orientation skills and consistent track record in executing complex projects from start to finish required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across teams and partners and to inspire trust in vision & strategic goals is required.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and gaining stakeholder alignment required.
  • Experience identifying process requirements for business units and supporting IT strategies is required.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate an inspiring vision to the team.
  • Demonstrated abilities to generate winning outcomes from difficult conversations.
  • Capable to approach opportunities to give and receive feedback with a growth mindset.
  • Experience gaining support from key stakeholders within and outside the organization to drive cohesive business and IT strategies.
  • Experience with large enterprise capabilities is preferred.
  • Project/Program Management experience delivering large scale projects from concept through delivery and operations is required.
  • Experience with strategy definition, market place analysis, governance evolution and business case development is required.
  • Data & Analytics experience is a plus.
  • Up to 15% travel required.
