Implementations Consultant

Job Description
The Implementations Consultant will be responsible for supporting other implementation team members on implementations by maintaining project plans, dashboards, milestone documents across multiple
lines of business or products. They will be tracking the progress of their assignments by conducting weekly update
calls by creating and maintaining an Action Log until all Implementation tasks are completed.

You will collaborate with internal partners to deliver customer requirements, through the timely and accurate documentation of management reporting tools and effective management of partners to meet key deliverables
Consistently demonstrate the CVS/Caremark Core Values of Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Openness and Teamwork

Travel requirement of 10% - 25%

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Account services, project management, client services, client implementations, or related field
- Proficient using the following tools to manage projects: (SFDC), Pega, Microsoft Project (MPP) 2007, SharePoint, RAID Log, CSMIF (Clinical Solutions & Mailing Implementation Form), Client Care Access tool, Web/Digital Solutions Client Customization Form

Preferred Qualifications
Heathcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Account Service and Benefit experience is a plus

High School required
Bachelors preferred
