Global Talent Management Systems Specialist

Global Talent Management Systems Specialist (EXTERNAL) This role resides on the Talent Management systems administration team within the Human Resources Technology department. This individual will:
  • Provide process guidance and technical support to stakeholders and internal customers by developing strong partnerships and delivering superior customer service.
  • Manage the flow of inquiries and requests from internal customers through a centralized email inbox, focusing on flawless execution and commitment to service level agreements.
  • Continually increase knowledge of the primary Talent Management system (SuccessFactors), as well as familiarity with Monsanto’s HR systems and data, through ongoing system administration.
  • Work effectively in a team environment by leveraging expertise of others to contribute to continuous process improvements, understand strategies, and resolve daily support issues.
  • Create, refine, and deliver reporting solutions using the in-system tools, Microsoft Excel, and other resources as needed.
  • Support the growth of the system by participating in periodic and ongoing testing efforts, which may include designing test plans, writing test scripts, and evaluating results.
  • Engage with other Human Resources teams, Information Technology, and other functions by participating in the planning, design, and implementation of initiatives to deliver capabilities per department and organizational goals.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, business or related discipline
  • 2 years of Human Resources or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of comfort and aptitude with new systems and technology

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, demonstrating the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and multi-task
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., VLOOKUP function and other formulas)
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors, especially in an administrative capacity
  • Experience working with talent management processes (e.g., performance management, talent reviews, etc.)
  • Excellent business partnership skills, and skills in building broad relationships & networks, especially within a matrixed environment
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
