Job Description
PwC's Global Marketing organization is a client-focused and high-performing team which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

The editorial team collaborates to execute Thought Leadership projects under the PwC, strategy, business and strategy and brandsto include specialized operations, such as editorial production, work planning and execution, and production of print and digital publications of PwC global content.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Graduate degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

- Managing complex editorial projects;

- Developing and executing editorial plans on a global scale;

- Leading and directing the work of others and collaborating with writers and content team such as Industry, Line of Service partners, directors and, external specialists;

- Building a high performing teams, including both internal and external cross-functional talent globally;

- Resolving complex problems by applying continuously significant independent judgment through collaborating with others;

- Consulting global teams on content creation; and,

- Understanding of the publishing industry and editorial standards.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of successin the following areas:

- Managing writers and editors, leveraging extensive editorial skills and judgment through applying technical editing skills with a focus on the PwC brand;

- Working independently to guide internal colleagues and stakeholders, resolve issues, and coordinate with leadership or subject matter specialists when necessary;

- Utilizing written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing business technical writing skills and adherence to a business’ writing brand/style;

- Leveraging business acumen with consultative, analytical and problem solving skills;

- Building and maintaining relationships with product subject matter specialists and leadership, including effectively navigating a complex organization; and,

- Understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
