Global Lead, Clinical Operations

Job Description
•Global Lead, Clinical Operations is a strategic role intended to identify, develop and implement operational metrics, systems and tools in order to optimize the efficiency and efficacy of the Clinical Applications organizational operations in each region.
•Partner with Commercial organization and regional CAS Leads to evaluate, model and plan CAS resources to meet regional Alcon Surgical Franchise business goals.
•Development and implementation of Alcon Clinical Training Portal.
•Development and implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for CAS utilization.
•Oversee centralized deployment of CAS resources (Clinical Operations Specialists).
•Create and implement tools to monitor and evaluate CAS performance metrics in order to optimize operational efficiencies and meet CAS KPIs.
•Partner with internal Alcon departments to plan and accommodate ancillary clinical support requests (Medical Affairs, R&D, Marketing, etc).
