Under minimal supervision, you will be responsible for financial analysis associated with forecasting, planning and the preparation of capital appropriations for the Personal Care Solutions business. Serve as business partner for sales and marketing for Personal Care Solutions business.
Own financial responsibility for the Personal Care Solutions P&L and Balance Sheet
Review and follow up the resolution of data on month end information. Review of profit and loss information in SAP to investigate and coordinate the correction of mayor deviations from normal.
Perform financial analyses associated with cash flow and accuracy of monthly forecast with actual results.
Provide financial competitive and customer analysis of the Personal Care Solutions market in coordination with the market intelligence team
Support of SBU strategies from a regional perspective
Coordinate the preparation of monthly profit/loss position for the Personal Care Solutions business.
Coordinate gathering/assembly of marketing and sales data and forecast monthly and annual profit/loss position for the business
Perform non-recurring evaluations of various “what if” business scenarios.
Create management, control and steering tools.
Assist in the preparation and development of Operational Plan and Forecasts.
Act as the financial representative in Personal Care Solutions customer negotiations.
Create of measurement tools and presentation graphs for management

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business or quantitative methods area.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial analysis. Experience in economic evaluations is a plus.
Ability to interpret various types of information to develop and present key data to management for making business decisions.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels and exhibit the potential for significant future career growth.
PC skills: Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for creating charts and graphs. Knowledge of SAP or comparable systems. Access database & Tableau experience is a plus
