Field Team Relationship Representative - Texas

Job Description
The RCS Field Team Agent is responsible for ensuring RCS credit card partner sales volume, penetration rate, revenue and application targets in
assigned territory are achieved. The RCS Field Team Agent provides consultation to partners to high light credit card features and benefits.

- Supports RCS private label, manufacture and dealer partners to achieve sales volume, penetration rate, revenue and application targets
in assigned territory
- Effectively manages assigned territory to achieve designated metrics
- At the direction of the RCS Account Relationship Managers (ARM's), conducts “hands on, show me” training at targeted stores
- Provides consultative conversations highlighting credit card features and benefits that will resonate with specific store
ownership/management and sales associates
- Conducts initial store location assessments regarding current results, opportunity, associated knowledge, competitors, etc.
- Records daily activityand reports market inteleigence in
- Partners with ARM's to create customized store sales action plans to improve the location's overall results, and occasionally specific
associate performance
- Works closely with the TD Retail Card Services Field Team Manager, ARM Team, and management to drive results
- Shares best practices with ARM team members
- Demonstrates responsible, ethical and honest behavior in all roles and tasks. Is consistent and fair when dealing with others; keeps
- Proactively identifies issues or trends and prepare recommendations, responds quickly and appropriately resolves issues
- Completes assigned work on a regular basis to ensure that day-to-day policies and procedures are followed and productivity levels are
maintained. Cooperates with internal and external auditors, providing information and incorporating recommended changes as
- Ensures ongoing unit communications with sales, service, customer service, finance and management as well as other Company
- Provides TDRCS Field Team Manager with regular updates on territory performance
- Contributes to the team reporting. Works to help integrate new systems and upgrades into unit operations as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ Years of related experience
- Thorough understanding of private label credit card industry operations practices and procedures, including regulatory guidelines
impacting day-to-day work
- Knowledge of TDRCS products and finance offerings preferred
- Knowledge of TDRCS client’s culture, specific processes and differentiators preferred
- Knowledge of competitive credit card products, in situations where it is necessary (i.e, multiple credit providers at one location)
- Sincere, hands-on, can do attitude to ensure Customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- PC skills, with good knowledge of related technology systems
- Extensive travel required

- Ability to travel 80% of the time. Role will require 20% working remotely from home office and 80% travel to assigned region
- Credit card industry experience preferred
