Federal - Enterprise Architecture Manager

EA Manager in Accenture Federal Services works within an engagement team and is responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.  This individual will work with a consulting team ranging from 2 - 6 people from the US Federal EA and other Accenture practices to provide overall direction and oversight in the creation of client work products.  

To execute the desired work, this individual will need to:
*   Understand and apply relevant architectural frameworks: FEA, DoDAF, Zachman, TOGAF to project work
*   Lead projects that deliver business, data, services, and technology architectural artifact views
*   Lead projects that focused on providing EA services to various business areas, such as Human Resources, Financial Management, Intelligence Analysis, etc.
*   Lead EA governance projects that include communication and change activities
*   Work on-site to assist clients in managing large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives through the use of EA
*   Collaboratively define the future state architectures for clients
*   Ensure the client's architecture is actionable, and not shelf-ware by implementing the latest thought leadership in business, information and systems architecture
*   Innovate and design EA solutions that can be packaged for reuse for other clients
*   Develop EA training materials for practice
*   Conduct EA training for staff on a periodic basis
