Job Summary:

The Experience Design team is responsible for elevating the customer experience across Comcast's premium product offerings and numerous customer engagement moments, not only making our products look good, but easy to use. We look to create exceptional experiences that leave lasting impressions, improve daily lives and foster long-term customer relationships.

This position will involve collaboration with Creative Directors as well as daily partnerships with product management and development leads as you drive the delivery of digital applications that feature outstanding user experiences and elegant design aesthetics.

Core Responsibilities:

- User experience strategy and design for web, mobile, and other digital delivery platforms

- Front-end prototyping to explore a concept or provide a proof of concept for executive review

- Helping to drive the support and future development of various Comcast products and service across multiple platforms

- Reviews competing products and recommends design solutions that differentiate Comcast's products from those of competitors.

- A hands-on role in the design of consumer and employee-facing products and services.

- In this role, you will help shape our products around user needs to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces.

- Shape product benefits and user needs into engaging and intuitive user interfaces to deliver a world class customer experience.

- Integrate knowledge of business and functional priorities. Act as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills needed:

- Passion for creating products that resonate with people emotionally

- Ability to confidently speak about design solutions

- Clearly and effectively present ideas, research findings, sketches, and other deliverables

- Understanding of the balance between customer experience and business requirements

- Working knowledge of basic principles of visual design and related tools (e.g., Sketch, AdobeCreativeCloud)

- Experience designing fornative mobile (iOS or Android) platforms- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Specification:

- Bachelors Degree in design, human-computer interaction, or Equivalent work experience

- Experience dependent on level

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
