Enrollment Representative


Dealertrack, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for an Enrollment Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our Business Operations team in Lake Success, NY.

Job Summary:The Enrollment Representative primarily handles the account management and processing of New Dealer Enrollments, Dealer Information Owner Reactivations and Dealership Change is Ownership (Buy/Sells). This person processes incoming leads, cases and e-mails regarding potential enrollments of new dealerships/accounts onto the Dealertrack platform along with Reactivations of existing accounts, while following all Security and compliance regulations for conducting the Enrollment & Reactivation Process.
  • Handle applicable incoming leads, cases and correspondences regarding any potential Enrollment or Reactivations of dealerships onto Dealertrack, while following all security and compliance regulations for conducting the Enrollment / Reactivations process.
  • Facilitate the Enrollment & Reactivation process with each dealership and follow up to ensure all required documentation has been received, validated and processed.
  • Facilitate the user creation process with the dealership information owner(s) and provide training for newly enrolled dealerships for the Dealertrack platform specific to the credit application process and basic navigation of site.
  • Assist with Dealer Change in Ownership (Buy/Sell) cases to ensure that the transition is as efficient as possible to minimize any down-time for a dealer to conduct business
  • .While facilitating Dealer Change in Ownership (Buy/Sell) cases, the Dealer Operations Representative will ensure that all security and compliance requirements are followed and met
  • .Adhere to all applicable Service Level Agreements to ensure standards are being upheld to the utmost regard


  • Strong communication skills (Both Verbal and Written)
  • Action-orientated with the ability to meet deadlines and turnaround requests in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as follow-up and prioritization skills with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent related Job experience.
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Auto industry knowledge or experience is a plus.
  • Can work remotely from other states
