KPMG is currently seeking an Engagement Management Assistant, to join our Finance and Accounting Processing Organization.


  • Perform data entry of engagement information into firm related accounting and risk management systems including engagement setup, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) changes, closeouts, billing and time and expense adjustments
  • Calculate engagement gain/loss utilizing the ERP Assessment Tool
  • Help with Orion application to create and store risk management documentation
  • Retrieve work in progress, time and expense details, and other adhoc reports from reporting systems
  • Run Dun and Bradstreet reports
  • Update unbilled and accounts receivable tools with comments on Dallas Accounting Service Center website


  • Two years of related work experience in project accounting, finance or billing preferably within a professional services environment
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field from an accredited college/ university
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple concurrent assignments
  • US Citizenship required
