Who we're looking for
Toyota's Social Innovation Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Diversity & Inclusion Analyst .

The primary responsibility of this role is to collect internal data and external benchmarks to support diversity strategy development as well as develop and sustain a data repository of best practices and benchmark data for functional utilization.

Reporting to the Diversity & Inclusion Manager , the person in this role will support the Social Innovation department's objective to support functional areas with diversity metrics and data to support workplace inclusion strategy development.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinate executive meetings to update share diversity strategy progress
  • Create common reporting systems across multiple data collection points to track progress against objectives
  • Visualize objectives, progress, gaps and countermeasures to ensure successful strategy execution
  • Support internal and external diversity council engagement - coordinates exchanges of information and best practices
  • Support executive council meeting preparation (agenda, information gathering & sharing, logistics, etc.)
  • NAAC Lead - Responsible for leading, advising and supporting the development of strategic planning for the Business Partnering Groups (BPGs) North American Advisory Councils (NAACs)
  • Participate and contribute to the D&I BPG Project Team including reviewing BPG toolkit, Hoshin plans, budgets and overall governance processes
  • Support in the planning, structure development, meeting coordination and actions of the North American Diversity and Inclusion Alliance (NADIA)

What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) or relevant professional experience that would apply to this position
  • Experience supporting diversity initiatives in a major company
  • Data collection and reporting experience
  • Experience interfacing with senior executives
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis up to 25%

  • Experience in applying Toyota Way principles
  • D&I Professional Certification
  • BPG/Affinity Leadership experience
  • Council/Board Leadership Management experience
