DIRECTOR -Product Management -Enablement

The NAM NEW PAYMENT FLOWS TEAM is accountable for growing our business in ACH, B2B, government as well as commercial payment flows. This team will work in close partnership with product and platform owners in GP&S (Commercial Products, Vocalink, Digital, etc.) and our account teams in the region to accelerate our execution plans and significantly grow our revenue and market share in the region.

We are looking for an experienced product manager to be the Director, New Payment Flows and Commercial Products. This new role will lead the development of a holistic set of product execution strategies, inclusive of opportunity sizing and pipeline management, pricing strategy, marketing, budget and other key efforts for all products across the team.

Responsibilities include:
• Partner with New Payments and Commercial Product Managers, delivering a common set of best practices and processes for all our products
• Lead initiatives from strategy through to implementation inclusive of pipeline optimization, pricing strategy, marketing and internal communications, and budgeting
• Create and implement tools and processes for ensuring rich customer feedback from the NAM region
• Develop and manage our initiative dashboard, developing the appropriate data structures, and reporting to senior management on progress and success against key initiatives
• Model financial projections and growth trends; estimate card portfolio size for modeling for revenue and growth goals
• Develop business cases and pricing strategies across the portfolio of products
• Create and manage our Product Forum – to pull together all internal stakeholders and address critical go-to-market issues in an effective, timely and holistic manner
• Educate stakeholders about the strategy, value propositions, roadmap, and use cases for our suite of products
• Demonstrate thought-leadership, product/technology development expertise and strong project management skills in the integration of traditional and non-traditional assets into new product and service solutions
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders and participate in industry groups to gather competitive intelligence, research market trends, and understand customer needs to drive the development of product strategy and roadmap
