Director, Masterpass Integration Testing

Overview
Masterpass is a simple, convenient, trusted digital wallet for faster safe shopping at thousands of online merchants. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring each new Masterpass Release adheres to Mastercard’s high standards for production services by defining a release testing strategy for our regional and customer teams and governing its execution.

Role
• Focus on the creation of customer focused test cases
• Management of the business and regional testing processes
• Support test strategy, working closely with our development & testing teams.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement, including opportunities for automation, build and regression testing.
• Deliver reports to management on the test coverage and areas of risk.
• Coordinate periodic reviews of the test cases used by the development and testing teams.
• Validate that testing processes are followed and that test results meet the defined criteria.
• Co-ordinate the resolution of issues identified through testing.

All About You
• Leading expert in testing and product delivery in the payment industry, including experience launching new services with payment providers.
• Proven expertise in defining and executing best practice test strategies for websites and web services.
• Experience in testing execution of high volume public-facing websites & web services.
• Strong technical competence in the area of e-comm and mobile payment products.
• Technical awareness of contactless, EMV and Magnetic stripe payment products.
• Excellent oral and written communication, project management and matrix-management skills.
• Experience of managing internal and external suppliers assisting in the development of complex technical products and systems.
