Customer Operations Specialist

The Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management to Seminis Vegetable seed customers.

The successful candidate will utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to create and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure orders are accurate and deliveries timely. The Customer Operations Specialist works in a fast-paced team environment, provides prompt issue resolution on customer orders, inquiries, and concerns, and ensures customers are aware of upcoming program deadlines to ensure maximization of their potential to earnings.

This role will achieve results by demonstrating a preference for taking action and working with a sense of urgency, balancing day-to-day activities with corporate objectives, maintaining a focus on business impact of efforts and partnering effectively with the Sales team. Required Skills / Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional working experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
