Summary:

The C2C team is looking for a candidate who is analytical and motivated to assist the team in its goal to maintain a healthy balance sheet by driving process efficiencies and timely recording of A/R transactions.

 

The Candidate will be given valuable on the job experience in managing various functions of A/R including the cash application process, managing one or more customer accounts, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators which drive the productivity of the Organization’s Working Capital.   The selected candidate will gain experience working in SAP, enhance analytical skills, and develop a full understanding of the A/R function.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in validating and disputing invalid deductions (coupons, unearned cash discount, Post Audit…)
  • Assist the team with account reconciliation and sampling analysis related to settlement & Shortages
  • Perform root cause analysis on outstanding customer invoices & deductions to ensure timely payments.
  • Update and maintain monthly KPI reporting on ADP, % current, and customer deductions utilizing SAP and Excel.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree majoring in Business Administration; with a major in Finance or Accounting (for intern) or have already graduated (temp)
  • Must have a 3.0+ overall GPA
  • Must be available to complete at least a 6 month internship
