CRA Data Analyst

Job Description
The Compliance Specialist focuses on data integrity and reporting related to HMDA, CRA, and fair lending.

This position will be instrumental in reporting CRA performance metrics utilizing business systems, CRA Wiz, and excel. Strong candidates will 1) have a strong attention to detail and ability to understand regulatory data requirements; 2) work well in a deadline-oriented production environment; 3) enjoy applying their business or Compliance experience/skills to produce accurate data and reporting; 4) understand business process and how it creates data, including the ability to test data accuracy; and 5) have strong communications skills for documenting work. Job Requirements
•Delivers on all aspects of data integrity, regulatory research related to CRA regulation and conforming reporting to assist business
•Provides assistance to team members with regards to reviews and deliverables
•Develops an expertise in all aspects of CRA data regulatory requirements
•Supports the development of procedures, including supporting documentation of process development
•May develop and produce maps leveraging data developed for CRA, HMDA, and fair lending
•Assist in audits, Compliance reviews, and exams related to CRA data integrity and performance
•Bachelor’s degree preferred in quantitative field (Mathematics,
•Statistics, Economics etc.) or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
•5-7 Years of related experience – preferred in creating reports and dashboards
•Preferred broad working knowledge of department and/or business activities that manage regulatory data
•In depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, research skills and presentation skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills including a demonstrated ability to clearly provide written reports that identify and quantify risk as well as present sound solutions taking into account Bank operations and culture
•Ability to analyze the most complex laws and regulations and relate those laws to operational procedures, company policies, and industry trends
•Ability to communicate effectively with senior level management
•Proven experience in project coordination and ability to work independently
•Demonstrated project management skills with ability to develop, facilitate and bring to successful conclusion
•Strong analytical skills and basic mathematical ability to understand and test disclosures
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel strongly preferred. Tableau preferred
