Contract Processing Representative


Dealertrack, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for a Contract Processing Analyst

 to join our CorporateFinance team in Lake Success, NY.

Job Summary:

The Contracts team is responsible for ensuring contracts are processed in a timely and efficient manner to allow for accurate product installations and billing. A contract analyst will work directly with Sales, Billing Processing and Support, Implementation, across various business units to ensure all contracts are entered, processed and ready for installation and billing.

Your Role:

  • Ensure all contracts are processed within set SLA and with 100% accuracy
  • Verify contract information to ensure all pertinent information has been completed and submitted properly.
  • Ensure all contracts are entered correctly into SAP for billing purposes
  • Work with billing and billing support to ensure accurate billing for services and hardware.
  • Participate in testing of system changes
  • Facilitate relationship between sales and implementation to foster accurate customer installations.
  • Build, maintain and improve the Dealertrack/COX customer experience.
  • Ability to think quickly in order to resolve contract and or billing issues, in a timely manner
  • Partner with sales operations and training teams to help facilitate contract accuracy
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needs arise


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly developed decision making and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Team player
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as strong follow-up and prioritization skills.
  • Motivated and ability to motivate others
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point a must.
  • Automotive/financial information a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and similar systems a plus
