This Consulting Director, RPA Lead is accountable for delivering the IT Portfolio of Programs and Projects which include large complex cross functional strategic and or technical infrastructure initiatives within established timeframes and quality measures. Leadership responsibility to direct a team of technology project managers including employees and consultants as well as on shore and off shore resources. Provides centralized services including but not limited to project planning, scheduling, estimating, costing, project accounting, risk assessment and resource management. May lead projects with notable risk and complexity. Develops and implements a repeatable IT project management methodology that is applicable to a wide range of projects within the portfolio. Anticipates business and or regulatory issues; recommends product, process, or service improvements. Individual is a major contributor to the success of mission critical, complex, typically large, often organization wide major systems projects and innovations. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Regarded as the technical expert within the organization, both within and beyond own function. Anticipates business and or regulatory issues recommends product, process, or service improvements. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. May lead projects with notable risk and complexity.


Bachelors Degree preferred

3-5 years working in the field of Robotics Process Automation (Preferably Blue Prism)

Continuous improvement mindset

Ability to partner and successfully with other parts of the organization to achieve results

Ability to deliver both executive level material as well as training material

Knowledge of emerging technologies in this space (RPA, AI, IPA)

Experience in opportunity assessment
