Client Services Analyst

Job Title: Client Services Analyst

Department: Mutual Fund Services               


Location: Greenwich, CT                                                        




Responsible for providing a high level of service to shareholders, intermediaries, affiliates, and sub-advisors.  Helps support AMG Funds’ distribution efforts for close to 70 mutual funds. Works closely with AMG Funds’ internal stakeholders, including Cash Management, Financial Reporting and Business Finance.




  • Run trade reports on a daily basis, and communicate trades to affiliates, sub-advisors, and internal distribution lists.
  • Run ad hoc reports on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Respond to emails from direct shareholders.
  • Respond to emails from affiliates, sub-advisors, co-workers, and service providers on a daily basis.
  • Support transfer agent’s call center with any phone calls that require escalation or further assistance. Provide weekly feedback to call center managers.
  • Complete forms for financial intermediaries for minimum waivers and on-boarding of new funds.
  • Spearhead escheatment process.
  • Work with senior associate to manage the printing vendor relationship; ensure regulatory documents are delivered to shareholders in timely manner.
  • Assist in updating Funds on DTCC website via Mutual Fund Profile II.
  • Assist Shareholder Services Manager on a daily basis as needed.
  • Work closely with Financial Reporting and Cash Management areas as needed.



  •  Excellent client service skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), able to learn and use other programs and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and Mutual Fund Transfer Agent Operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates superior attention to detail.
  • Supports Company values and treats others with respect and consideration.
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues, and service providers.
  • Works productively in a team environment.
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and executing responsibilities with minimal errors.



  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Zero to three years mutual fund related experience.
  • Mutual Fund Transfer Agent experience or knowledge a plus, especially FSR
  • Series 6 and 63 licensed required, though may be obtained post hire
