Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the management of payer and provider data and configuration, data analysis (financial and utilization), and developing and deploying processes for the drug database, including drug information, drug pricing, and NDC to HCPCS crosswalk, as well as develop and maintain protocols and clinical pathways. The position will require communication between internal departments at CVS Health as well as communication with payers and providers.

Required Qualifications:
1+ year of client facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- One year experience in Database Administration/Healthcare Technology Industry.

- Ability to consider alternative solutions before making decisions; makes timely decisions; makes sound decisions based on adequate information; makes decisions in the face of uncertainty.

- Written and verbal communication skills to conduct professional and effective contact with internal and external customers.

- Problem solving ability, such as the ability to diagnose problems by separating essential from non-essential variables; ability to utilize appropriate resources to resolve an issue through to resolution.

- Ability to work on multiple projects and demands and complete on a timely basis.

- Ability to understand technical concepts, such as SQL, HTML, and XML; will utilize that knowledge to enhance current operational processes.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
