Our Customer Excellence team focuses on customer feedback and strives for operational excellence in order to strengthen our consumer-centric culture and optimize the customer experience.

The Customer Excellence Data & Analytics (CEDA) team is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join a high performing team of professionals.
The team is accountable for leading and delivering cross organizational data and analytics, as well as critical insight for business changes to improve the customer experience. The changes are of high priority, extreme complexity, high visibility both internal and external, and fast paced with time constraints.
This position will be responsible for providing support to a team of Analytic Consultants supporting initiatives across Well Fargo Home Lending Servicing.

Duties will include:

  • Analyze and document required data and logic for initiatives and analysis
  • Facilitate meetings with business partners to build business requirements
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with CEDA policies and procedures
  • Aid in managing pipeline of projects to keep management aware of project progression
  • Coordinate test plans

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced facilitation skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using SQL or similar querying methods
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Mortgage industry experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently and to evaluate and set priorities as work is in progress
  • Experience and ability to work in a frequently high-pressure environment with time-sensitive constraints
  • Ability to multi-task to ensure support of concurrent projects
  • Detail-oriented to ensure sufficient granularity in project documentation
  • Inquisitive leading to discovery of project details

Job Expectations

  • This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
