The PVSI team includes Consumer Credit Solutions, Deposit Products Group, Innovation, Operations, Treasury Management and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses and other key partners.

Become part of the Operations Engineering team! We are looking for an individual that can partner and consult with Operations business lines to deliver operational consulting and analyses that bring high impact process improvement to our customers. These individuals use a broad range of process/ strategic design skills to formulate and communicate complex recommendations to a broad audience.

This self-directed and creative professional will possess the ability to translate business analysis and process engineering skills into clear business-level recommendations. They will be responsible for organizing, leading and facilitating cross-entity initiatives that encompass end-to-end solutions.
This individual will demonstrate practical experience in tailoring methodologies to create situation specific approaches for resolving problems. Defines measures, analyzes, improves, and translates a solution design including risk assessments, implementation plans, communication plans and measurement of results.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of business analysis experience or 7+ years of business process engineering experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of business processes analysis and enhancing operations to accomplish business objectives
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial controls and risk
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications

Industry experience

  • Financial Services experience– Banking, Insurance or Capital Markets
  • At least 5 years of experience leading Business Transformation related project efforts within Operations including business domain including Payments, Transportation, Print, Lockbox, ATM Ops, Check/Virtual IP, Recon, and Legal Order Processing, Loss Management, Deposit Operations,
  • Experience Secondary focus on upstream and downstream businesses including Retail, Mortgage, Call Centers, Dealer Sales, Lending, Fraud & Risk, etc.


Management consulting experience

  • At least 4 years of work experience at a management consulting firm (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) as a consultant or manager level.
  • In lieu of management consulting firm, at least 5 years of direct experience within an internal consulting group delivering and executing on business transformation or strategic improvements that drive value for internal customers. Must have prior experiences in leading medium to large scale operating model assessments with proven outcome based results in improving bottom and/or top line impacts.
  • In depth Industry knowledge and prior experience in delivering and executing on Site Optimization, Sourcing Strategies (Onshore, Offshore, Managed Services), Digitization, Business Integration and/or Process Excellence efforts.

  • Innovator: Demonstrate practical experience in tailoring problem solving methodologies to create customer specific approaches for resolving business challenges


Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement Experience

  • Prior experience working leading Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement efforts or practice; Operations Strategy, Operations Transformation, Target Operating Model and Organizational improvement a plus General Experience
  • Experience in identifying and defining business architecture and design
  • Experience with data mining and analysis, including data modeling, financial modeling and operational performance
  • Previous experience leading cross-entity initiatives
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of business processes analysis and enhancing operations to accomplish business objective
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial controls and risk
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with developing and delivering executive level presentations
