Our Default Servicing team engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies.
The primary role of this leadership position will be to direct the Wells Fargo Home Lending 3rd Party Operations/Vendor Relationship team focused on the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Mediation process. This individual will oversee a team with the responsibility of 3rd party oversight/risk management supporting the Home Preservation Mediation operations and associated vendor network. This will include but not limited to: assessing business processes, identification of gaps/risks, managing the internal/external escalation process, reviewing Motions associated with the mediation process, building strong business partnerships, provide effective cross functional collaboration, and development of comprehensive reporting and corrective action strategy.
This role will be responsible for managing a team of Business Liaisons who serve as relationship managers for the attorney vendors that represent Wells Fargo on Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Mediation files. Provide leadership in the integration/implementation of vendor management service and initiatives with line of business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
