Business Leader, Product Management, Prepaid e-Commerce

The Product Management team is responsible for:
• Leveraging MasterCard assets and consumer insights to create innovative solutions and services that deliver a flawless consumer experience
• Empowering the regional prepaid teams to win more business and grow programs with our customers (banks, retailers, airlines, mobile networks, digital & e-commerce players)
• Expanding and optimizing the current business and reaching underpenetrated programs, product lines, and markets to drive profitable share

As Director, Global Prepaid Product Management you will lead initiatives focused on driving the growth and development of prepaid programs globally.

As a key member of the global prepaid product management team, you will:
• Lead the e-Commerce Prepaid vertical
• Lead the Consumer Gift vertical, including the digitalization plan
• Lead the strategy to decrease decline ratios across all Prepaid portfolios

Your responsibilities will include:
• Establish end-to-end product line ownership and accountability for your specific consumer prepaid verticals
• Drive product management discipline including: managing the product value proposition, analyzing product economics, developing consumer engagement & portfolio optimization tools
• Understand competitive landscape
• Establish clear product roadmaps, integrating and embedding MA assets to drive differentiation and innovation
• Leverage data analytics and external sources to identify and capitalize underpenetrated programs, product lines and capture untapped spend opportunities
• Develop sales enablement material, provides training and product expertise for sales and RFP support.

All About You

• B.A. required, MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred
• Successful track record strategically managing P&L for multiple projects and products
• Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plan in multiple markets
• Excellent communicator and story teller, to ensure our message is relevant and well received
• Strong analytical skills with ability to drive deep product insights from data (transactional as well as research)
• Self-motivated and good team player
• Ability to get things done collaboratively
