The Stars Business Analyst will:

• Help the Stars Team in thedelivery of high-quality solutions that reach measurable metrics. Timeallocation: 20%

• Create detailed Businessdesign documents and task-level business plans to organize cross-functionalteams. Time allocation: 20%

• Partner closely with othermembers of functional CarePlus and Stars corporate teams to define businessrequirements. Time allocation: 20%

• Facilitate meetings anddevelop rollout plans and procedures. Time allocation: 20%

• Prepare and present Starsbenefit analysis on new initiatives Time allocation: 20%

The role requires a critical thinker who has initiative to managemultiple tasks with absolute resilience. Due to the visibility and amount ofcross business coordination the individual must have strong written and verbalcommunication skills.


Role Essentials

• Associate Degree or higherin a related field

Bilingual English/Spanish - must beable to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations orassistance

• Intermediate proficiencywith Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Strong organizationalskills

• Self-starter with a highlevel of accountability and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced,high-demand environment

• Strong organizational andeffective time management skills

• Ability to work cross-functionallyto achieve results

Role Desirables

• Experience in completingefficient analysis of data with associated conclusions and recommendations forimprovement

• Compliance experience aplus

• Knowledge of MS Project& Access

• Previous health insuranceindustry experience, prefer 3 year as a minimum

• Previous experience withprocess improvement methodologies

• Previous experience withbusiness development

Reporting Relationships

You will report to aManager. This area is under the leadership ofRegional President.

AnyHumana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English musttake a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, toensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency LanguageRating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.

Interview Format

In thisinterview, you will listen to a set of interview questions over your phone andyou will provide recorded responses to each question. You should anticipatethis interview to take about 15 to 30 minutes. Your recorded interview will bereviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward tonext round of interviews.
