Brokerage Associate

Assists with account maintenance, website support, trade processing, and general service requests. Subject matter experts for all brokerage and firm related securities and services. Enters equity, mutual fund, and option orders. Reviews all trades prior to placement to ensure compliance with Broker/Dealer policies. Maintains detailed recorders of all client interactions to ensure compliance with established procedures. Acts as a backup for financial advisors and makes warm introductions to Investments Connect Financial Consultants as well as bank partners when appropriate.         Qualifications   Basic Qualifications - College Degree or 2-3 Years contact center experience in financial services - Passionate about customer service - Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills - Detail oriented and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment - FINRA Series 7 & 63 registrations or strong desire to become FINRA licensed** ** As a condition of employment, unlicensed and partially licensed candidates are required to obtain the FINRA Series 7 & 63 registrations within a determined timeframe. - Blue Sky Registration in all 50 states required upon hire   Preferred Skills/Experience - College degree in Finance, Economics or Business - 2-3 years of previous banking or financial services experience - Thorough knowledge of brokerage products, services, securities, investment instruments and trading procedures - Strong time management skills maximize the number of clients that may be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
