Job Title

Associate, Global Digital Acceptance - Digital Deployments

The Global Digital Acceptance Deployment team drives the successful implementation of Masterpass and MDES for Merchants by focusing on key acceptance stakeholders (merchants, acquirers/PSPs and technology providers)

The team works to deploy and support the merchant component of digital products by representing stakeholder perspectives at the global and regional level, developing indirect distribution channels and partnering with market development teams to craft and execute acceptance strategies.

The role is based in MasterCard’s New York City’s Tech Hub location.

• Advocate the Masterpass merchant proposition both internally and externally
• Ability to effectively move the needle and drive merchant acceptance of digital products
• Conduct market analysis identifying key merchant technology providers and emerging use cases
• Assist in developing internal stakeholder and client presentations
• Capture and document customer feedback
• Coordinate and manage pipeline of merchant deployments
• Conduct product demos as required

• Ability to multi-task across different initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
• Strong analytical skills
• Payments and merchant technology experience is an asset
