Where the Chemistry Happens… We are seeking an Assistant Product Manager to lead excellence in execution of our Mobile Emissions Catalyst (CCE) supply strategy for the critical, high growth chabazite (CHA) raw material. This position will ensure that Mobile Emissions Catalyst has the chabazite it needs, when it needs it, at the best possible cost, and lead all aspects of our beta zeolite portfolio of raw materials to ensure a stream-lined and optimal set of solutions.   • Manage the Mobile Emissions Catalyst raw material portfolio of beta zeolites including: management of product life cycle and portfolio complexity, coordinating with suppliers, scouting for new technology, and forecasting of beta demand
  • Create and maintain the short term forecast of Mobile Emissions Catalyst Chabazite (CHA) needs and represent Mobile Emissions Catalyst in the Chabazite S&OP process
  • Determine allocation of chabazite zeolite production and prioritize chabazite production as required
  • Develop and maintain a 5-year forecast for chabazite materials through intensive cooperation with sales, marketing, application engineering, and research and development
  • Drive quality of all zeolite suppliers and manage disposition of any off-spec material
  • Participate in the PLC process for key Selective Catalytic Reduction programs globally and provide guidance on product selection
  • Manage globally inventory levels of Chabazite and associated raw materials

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
  • Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree in a technical discipline (Science or Engineering) or Supply Chain management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in any combination of the following disciplines: Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Process Engineering, or Technical Service, ideally within a technical field
  • Chemical industry or automotive experience required
