Position Overview:

The Analyst, Functional Planning, Operational Support, with guidance from functional manager analyst will update required fields for algorithm FTE/OOPs changes based on guided direction from their functional manager. With guidance, they will make changes to necessary portfolio level drivers for algorithm implementation. He/she will run verification checks for data quality for algorithm changes for both FTEs/OOPs. With guidance, as part of Continuous Forecast partner with their functional manager to provide overall functional insights for FTE/OOPs data changes for GCO, QS and IDAR assigned areas. Performing the day-to-day activities of running the through different analysis for overall functional. Perform break-fix and debug activities.


In addition, this individual will help develop necessary content for functional manager in supporting RDO functions process mapping, provide content support to SharePoint management, V6 monthly data uploads from external planning systems, 1-Supply processes, training compliance tracking & other ad-hoc requests. In addition, under supervision and in conjunction with FP team, the candidate will provide ad-hoc functional analytics especially in area of data quality, financial reporting and consolidation.


Candidate will maintain working knowledge of UCT/V6 data flows to support information interface for updates to FTEs/OOPs in assigned functional areas. Within minimal supervision, deliver and support any mismatches/conflict resolution for technical issues between V6/UCT. Work on UAT testing for UCT implementation enhancements or ticket resolution and partner with reporting team.


With minimal supervision, will support in training of SMEs for templates and algorithms. Work with functional manager in developing this material. Provide overall support for process and training improvements in coordination with their functional managers.


He/she will report to the Head of the Group within the designated organization



Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or University equivalent or a minimum of 10 years’ equivalent work experience is required
  • At least 1 years of experience within a drug development environment is required
  • At least 1 years of operational experience is required
  • Experience working within a matrix environment is required
  • Ability to effectively use Excel and MS office tools is required
  • Solid working knowledge of resource/financial forecast is preferred
  • Ability to run data queries to pull data extracts, synthesize analyses and interpret trends and variances is required
  • Project Management skills are preferred
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • Travel (5%) global and domestic is required
