Agile Office Lead

We want to take Lean and Agile principles across the enterprise to accelerate our digital transformation and we need a strong, experienced leader to help the Agile Office scale to meet this exciting challenge!
What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of Agile Coach Leads and Coaches with diverse backgrounds and various levels of experience to inspect, adapt and grow a better business.
- Build and leverage effective partnerships at all levels of Monsanto’s IT organization as we continue to shape a holistic strategy for the agile community of practice and realize the intended benefits of an agile organization.
- Act as a change agent to drive Monsanto’s digital transformation by building and supporting a work culture that encourages team autonomy and fosters innovation while delivering value for Monsanto.
- Help define and execute a vision for scaling agility across multiple Monsanto business units including leading associated change management efforts.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of related IT experience
- 2+ years successful people leadership experience; possess a leadership style that is transparent, builds trust and empowers those around you to be challenged yet supported to succeed - Commitment to Agile values and mindset
- Superior influencing skills with leadership and key decision makers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify growth areas and opportunities to advance our business
- Experience working successfully in a highly matrixed and global environment
- Proven experience creating high performing teams
- Encouraging inclusion and diversity of thought in self and others
- Constantly strive for self-improvement in the mastery of lean and agile techniques and practices by staying current with developing trends in the industry and share your learnings with those around you
- Insatiable appetite for learning new things and improving existing ones
- 10+ years of IT experience in Software Development or Biological sciences
