Advertising Sales Coordinator

Working as a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support for the sales channel(s).Key Roles and Responsibilities:·         Supports various functional operations within a sales channel and maintains operational processes in support of the channel.·         Activities may include billing support, maintenance of central repository listings, distributing and archiving contractual documents.·         Interacts with sales management staff on issues pertaining to account management and may participate on projects on an as needed basis.·         Responsible for ordering, shipping, receiving, organizing, and merchandising inventory.·         Perform monthly inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.·         Assists customers with the purchase of Company products and services, features, accessories and bill payments. Answers inbound calls and assists sales representatives.·         Processes paperwork and performs other duties as assigned by management. We offer:
