Account Mgr I

• Retains, services, and generates incremental growth to customers/prospects.
• Plans, coordinates and executes projects to meet client expectations, continually fosters and sustains strong client relationships, as well as builds strong internal partnerships with appropriate teams.
• Develops strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identifies & communicates cross selling opportunities to relevant sales staff.
• Communicates account activities and results to manager and other team members potentially impacted by any developments.
• Attends industry trade shows in order to promote company products & services.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with client accounts. Manages the relationship through execution of products and services and monitoring customer projects.
• This position handles customers who collectively represent an average amount of the revenue generated. The requests tend to be more simplistic or routine but can be moderately complex. Any errors that occur with the relationship would have some impact to business. The customer base will have relatively clear-cut demands and expectations.
